Description of CO Red Velvet: Red Velvet was bred by the Allen Ranch. They bought her dam for $13,000 at the Red McCombs Sale and her sire was raised by the industry leading horn breeder Bob Loomis. She is a pretty heifer with a ton of horn potential. Her horns are off to a terrific start at 3 months, both in terms of length and the backward horn direction that a lot of breeders like.
