Description of CO Euphrates: Euphrates is a big cow with very big-bodied parents. We always liked her size and color, but her horns have really come on too as she's matured. She has a terrific twisty horn set that is quickly approaching 70" tip to tip. Euphrates raises nice calves and has a lot of milk. We noticed her teats were a little larger than normal when her 2016 calf was born. The calf had no issues getting the milk, but it is possible future calves could need assistance nursing after birth if her teats continue to get larger in subsequent years. At a month of age, her 2016 heifer died. We are not sure what happened but do not feel it is Euphrates fault. Even so, we have lowered her price from $6000 to $3500 since she does not have a calf at side. Thank you Mr. Sparks!
