Description of Cowboy Chrome: We have had our eye on Cowboy Chrome ever since he was a young calf, both for his looks and his pedigree. We are really excited that our friend Bobby Dube contacted us when he was ready to sell him. He is a gorgeous bull, and his parents were considered two of the very best in the breed when he was born, not that many years ago. His maternal line is of particular appeal to us, as his granddam TP Blood Red was raised by our good friend and mentor Bob Coffee. Rocking O's Curtis Ohlendorf loved Blood Red as a heifer calf at side of her dam. She was his favorite of Mr. Coffee's 1996 calf crop, but she was just a little more expensive than he felt comfortable paying. About ten years later she had established herself as one of the best producers in the breed, primarily due to her four exceptional WS Jamakizm daughters, of which R II Lady In Red was the best known. We feel Cowboy Chrome brings many excellent traits to the table.
