Description of ECR Wine Special: Wine Special has terrific body and a really pretty brindle coat. She is doing an awesome job with her bull calf at side. We wish she had better horn shape, but she has other qualities that can be hard to find and that make us think she will raise very nice calves. When bred to a bull with better horns, we think the calf can be special. Her maternal grandmother ECR Vaso De Vino is a full sister to the amazing ECR Eternal Tari who many feel is the best cow in the breed in recent years! When she had her 2021 bull calf, two of her teats got pretty big. The other two either stayed small or the calf nursed them down right away. The calf is doing fine, and we did not need to intervene. As long as her teats don't become a problem, she appears to be a very good mother. Thank you Ericka!
