Pedigree of M2 Jubilation           DOB: 1/07/2015

Description of M2 Jubilation: Jubilation's pedigree might be the best of any animal we have owned. Many people feel her sire is the best bull in the breed, and many people feel her dam was the best cow in the breed when she passed away a few years ago. A full sister to Jubilation sold for $47,000 a few years ago as a heifer at the Red McCombs Sale. She was selling almost purely on genetics. She even had a damaged horn and still brought that much, showing the strength of this genetic package. I believe there are only three of these full sisters that are out of the original Shadow Jubilee. There are clones of Shadow Jubilee that have been bred to Tuff Chex, but offspring out of the original Shadow Jubilee are harder to come by. In addition to an outstanding pedigree, Jubilation has a beautiful look. She has a very correct body type, a pretty horn set, and beautiful black and white color. The Shadow Jubilee line does not have the "true black" gene, where the animals are born black and stay black. Instead, they are a wild-type variation where the calves are born red. I have not seen a more consistently black family of cattle though that do not carry the true black gene. We are very excited to add Jubilation to our "pretty and productive" herd! Thank you Bennie!
