The Rods took all five calves to the 2008 Rockdale Triple Show and won three classes! Nightfall not only won her class, but she also won both Junior Champion Female and Reserve Grand Champion Female on Sunday, even though she was the representative of the youngest group of heifers! Lacey and Blue Chip also won their classes on Friday. Rum Runner again had the misfortune of competing in the same class as Nightfall and placed 3rd on Friday and 2nd on Sunday. Derek Jeter also qualified for the World Show, placing 2nd in his class on Sunday. Gregory Rod won showmanship on both Friday and Saturday!
