Skulls
*Prices are subject to change*

Some of our skulls have been professionally cleaned by a taxidermist. Other skulls have been "pasture cleaned." We will note which are which.

Prices are based on the condition of the skull and the size and shape of the horns.

All skulls are available for pickup near Lockhart, TX.

"Professionally Cleaned" Skulls - these were cleaned by a taxidermist and have a polished look to them

Skull 1 - $3000
(the skull looks small because the horns are so big)

JH Drew's Delight was an early 80" cow in the breed. These horns measure approximately 84 1/2" tip to tip with a beautiful roll.

Skull 2 - $2000 SOLD

BH Girl Grand was a very pretty young cow but with a more spirited attitude than we wanted in our herd... Her horns have a flatter shape that would look great above a door. They also have black tips that add to their beauty. They measure approximately 74 1/2" tip to tip.

Skull 5 - $800 SOLD

RO June Bug was a promising young cow who died when she got her horns caught in old commercial cattle loading chute at a lease place. It was a freak accident we hope we never have to deal with again... Her aunt is one of the best cows in the breed and sold for $150,000. Her horns measure approximately 57 1/2" tip to tip. *Note - the outer shells of the horns were damaged by wild animals. Her skull comes as seen in the picture, which is still a great look.
