Description of RO Bluebonnet: Bluebonnet is a bit of a celebrity in our herd. Her picture was on the jumbotron at a Round Rock Express baseball game, where the fans were asked to vote via twitter on one of three names for her. The choices were Miss Texas, Bluebonnet, and Texas Express. Well... Bluebonnet won in a landslide, no doubt thanks in part to the beautiful picture we used of her in a field of bluebonnets, taken on April 9th. Her dam is one of the young Winner's Edge daughters we feel form the core of our herd, and her maternal line traces back to the great cow TP Hello Dolly who produced the 1999 TLBT National Grand Champion bull Blue Jacket for us.
